听说每天喝蜂蜜兑醋能减肥!
食用方法:每天按三餐喝。早上在饭前20分钟喝,午饭和晚饭在饭前喝就OK。
配兑比例:蜂蜜一勺,醋四勺。按1:4的比例兑着喝。
减肥原理:醋能加快人体的新陈代谢,蜂蜜能转成糖,当人体中含糖量高时,就会减少饥饿感,转而吃得少,就达到了减肥的效果。
大家不必为了吃得少而担心寒冬里会冷,因为糖摄取的足够,所以不会寒冷。
提醒:最好醋是白米醋,因为果醋等醋含卡路里要比白米醋高。
